The purpose of this meeting is the presentation of the organization of the Star festival of African Cultural Integration (SICA). Remember that this Festival is in its 17th edition, which will take place in Cameroon, more precisely in the city of Yaoundé, at the National Museum esplanade. The SICA festival was created in 2001, with the aim of establishing a permanent intercultural dialogue with a view to uniting African people around their diverse and rich identity cultures.
